2007 Mission:  To Build and Open the Clinic in Akon, Sudan

Your donations are making this work possible.
   
Generous contributions from donors in the U.S. and Sudan enabled construction to
begin in January 2007 on the Samuel Brownback Primary Health Care Center in
Akon, Sudan.  The architect who drew the clinic blueprints is served as Project
Manager and documented the progress of the work through photos.
(See Clinic Photos).

The clinic structure includes an examining room, a small laboratory, a
pharmacy, an injection room, a doctor's office, restroom and a large open-air
room for education purposes.  This room will be a place for people to receive
training to become health care workers and a setting for general preventive
education and Bible training, etc.

As the clinic is being finished, JumpStart Sudan is
working to raise funds to cover the cost of
supplying the clinic with medical and
lab equipment as well as medicine
and medical supplies.
